Dhenok is a co-founder of WeSpeakUp.org and has 12 years of experience in communications, campaigning, and advocacy. Dhenok previously served as Interim Director of Change.org Indonesia, where she led a team in developing strategies to meet revenue targets.

Dhenok is actively involved in social campaigns, including promoting women’s participation in politics, advocating for anti-sexual violence legislation, and improving accessibility for people with disabilities. She is also engaged in environmental campaigns, ranging from promoting the reduction of plastic bag use to supporting environmental advocacy efforts in Kalimantan and Sangihe Island. Dhenok worked as an editor and journalist at several media outlets, including Detik.com and The Jakarta Post. Recently, Dhenok has been exploring the fields of ESG, sustainable development, and renewable energy.
