Mathilde is a co-founder of WeSpeakUp.org with 15 years of experience working with various humanitarian and development organizations in Indonesia. Mathilde brings expertise in project management, event planning, community engagement, capacity building, facilitation, and collaboration with government agencies. In 2019, Mathilde played a key role in organizing two major events for Change.org Indonesia: the She Creates Change learning lab and the AKAR conference—an event showcasing lessons learned from campaigns driven by change-makers in Indonesia. Mathilde is passionate about WeSpeakUp.org’s mission to empower women and young leaders in Indonesia to participate more actively.
